Through my work within the policing sector I have learned much about aspects of police culture and other factors that contribute to harmful outcomes for individuals, including discrimination, harassment, and exclusion. Working with Organizations

My ultimate goal is to support police leaders to create healthier and more inclusive workplaces. To do this, I undertake a three-step process that begins with ‘diagnosing’ the current state. From this current state assessment, I work with leaders to identify and test appropriate interventions through a process that is evidence-based.
